EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN THE STUDENT SUPPORT CENTRE, SOUTHFIELDS ACADEMY, WANDSWORTH We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our Student Support Centre Team. We are seeking graduates to work in the Support Centre to support two services, namely 'XL @ Aspire' (an alternative education provision for year 10 & 11 students) and the Exclusion Centre (students on fixed term exclusion). This individual will join a team who prepares and delivers lessons in core subjects (English, Mathematics and Science). Applicants must have excellent communication skills and the ability and confidence wot work with and support students who ahve arange of ability and have the confidence to manage challenging behaviour. Relevant experience of working with or leading young people will also be essential.
