Southfields Academy is a 11-19 Foundation school with a comprehensive intake. Sixth form students need to have access to public funds, and must be under the age of 18 when they begin their course.
We are an inclusive school with a positive ethos and an emphasis on teaching and learning. Our curriculum is wide and varied and provides young people with remarkable opportunities to study and develop their skills and, more importantly, enjoy learning. We offer a wide range of courses (from level 1 to level 3). On top of the traditional academic subjects, we offer vocational and work-related courses that can prepare and equip our students with the knowledge, skills and abilities that today’s employers crave.

At Southfields Academy we understand that parental / carer support is vital to the university application process. We would therefore appreciate it if you would click the image below to visit the UCAS website pages explaining how you as a parent / carer can help your child through this exciting but challenging process.
