Parents/carers may access their children's school records via our secure and confidential internet link, called ePortal.

You can open the log-in screen by clicking the ePortal link at the top right of this website.  If you have a username and password, enter them in the log-in screen to view the school record of your child.

Please note that ePortal changes as new features are added.  We try and keep these instructions up to date but you may notice some minor differences.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Southfields Community College is registered under the data protection act and complies with all its requirements.  Apart from authorised members of the College staff, we will only issue passwords to parents or current guardians, who are then free to decide who else should or should not be given access.

Please be aware that access includes being able to read addresses and telephone numbers of the contacts.  Usually this not an issue, but if any contact details need to be kept confidential, (for example if a court order bans an ex-partner from knowing your current address) please let us know so that special arrangments can be put in place, before access is granted.
